Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients including PBM, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, government programs, administrative support functions or other areas as assignedPerform research, drafting and transactional work in support of legal matters; may manage litigation efforts for assigned business areaAdvise internal clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies; develop and facilitate legal training and investigate issues as neededProvide client training on legal principlesCoordinate partnership with in-house and outside legal resources where appropriate Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Juris doctor degreeCurrent license to practice law in Minnesota5 years of experience practicing as an attorney or related legal experience in a regulatory or compliance role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with managed care companies or other health care clientsMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
