Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. Participate in research, development, and engineering meetings. Oversee the transition of new products from development to production, ensuring readiness of Bill of Materials (BOM), work instructions, and required engineering documentation. Handle ongoing operational issues: manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), address production deviations and issues. Lead lessons learned processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications (English) Job Requirements: Relevant academic background: Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Proven relevant experience – required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – required. Specialization in manufacturing or supply chain – an advantage. Experience in project management – an advantage. Proficiency in MS Project – an advantage.
