Обязанности: Lead innovation platforms and technology development in Dairy business, driving Science and Technology unlocks and building necessary R&D capabilities to enable successful execution and ensure dairy business strategic growth; Lead building longterm pipeline grounded on ‘platformable’ approach as per Dairy category growth strategy; Lead product, instruments and technology development within Technology roadmap and capabilities implementation; Drive S&T programs and build necessary R&D capabilities to define technical unlocks of new platforms and their further chartering in Dairy Inno pipeline; Lead investigations related to product development and technology; Identify opportunities and do recommendations for the R&D portfolio; Identify existing technical solutions, inside and outside the Company: supplier consultation, forum, exhibitions; Translate project needs into technical solution, in processing, industrial equipment’s; Assess complexity and cost of technologies to be implemented; Follow trends on Food Processing and Dairy technology through scientific watch, attendance to expert symposium, exhibition; Develop informal networks internally and externally with process supplier, engineering companies, technical centers; Formalize know how and transmit knowledge; Identify opportunities and do recommendations for the R&D portfolio; Source pipeline with Inno and renovation projects; Translate project needs into technical solution, in processing, industrial equipment’s; Responsible for innovation days as part of technology unlocks search and alignment process; Coordinate the process of collaboration with Open innovation centers and Suppliers. Deliver Technical unlocks for Innovation projects. Consultancy and actions execution; Within identified platforms and programs; Lead projects within the Innovation pipeline building Program; Initiate and lead innovation ideation cycle, Early stage innovation, incl. organizing of relevant programs, projects, and meetings with cross-functional and external partners; Define project scope; Develop and deliver aligned project timelines and scope, identify required resources; Search, screen, test and implement instruments; Develop technology, products, shape process design and product recipe; Assess complexity and cost of technologies to be implemented; For new technologies, coordinate pilot tests internally or with external partners; Keep developing his expertise and the competencies of the R&D team in food technology and process engineering; Formalize know how and transmit knowledge. Требования: Minimum 5 years of experience in Dairy technology, R&D, Engineering, Technical department, preferably an international company; MS degree in Food Science, Chemical engineering, Bio technologies, microbiology; Dairy Technology experience; Process Engineering and Industrial know how; Advanced Project Management skills; Deep understanding of Consumer driven innovation, knowledge in Consumer insights frame; Experimental Methodologies: mathematics, statistics, modelling tools; Experience in managing cross functional projects with other Departments (Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering) and external partners; Working with external industry partners, suppliers, engineering companies; Working with Global Pepsico hubs; Building global partners, external industry community; Following global technology trends, data centers, Science & development; Capability to achieve results within the time frame; Autonomy and organizational leadership; Enthusiast and passionate for technology and process engineering; Passion for creativity and innovation within a commercially driven environment; Experienced in seeking knowledge and information from both internal and external sources; Strong analytical thinker, detail oriented, scientific rigor; Excellent presentation and self-presentation skills, supported by participants in senior meetings and/or international conferences; Fluent in English; Able to communicate efficiently in cross functional environment; Capability of influence based on competence skill; Dynamic and positive mind oriented; Strong leadership skills; Ability to work in Matrix environment; Flexibility and cross-cultural collaboration skills; Shape in strategic thinking; Managing diverse team; 5-10% of business travel.
