Обязанности: Lead process application and local validation fat and protein valorization technologies ( screening, assessment and substantiation phases) with WBD teams & external partners following accepted tools, templates and project documentation. Provide technical guidance and bench development for dairy technology development initiatives leveraging experimental designs and scientific principles, recommendations and decisions in Russia. Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and advanced problem solving skills in the areas of dairy technology process & ingredient solution development and application in process. Ensure completion of development and commercialization success criteria in execution of project work through use of accepted documentation and work processes (TSG crossover/ technology transfer). Capture and disseminate project results and insights that create the foundation for innovative solutions in supporting business and R&D partners. Develop and maintain effective working relationships across R&D and non-R&D functions as necessary to support technology development. Develop proof of principle protocepts that meet the project deliverables, and/or contribute to the creation and execution of the WBD business unit strategy. Technical team lead of complex co-man projects and multiplatform breakthrough projects. Support organization and execution of Consumer researches and realization of Consumers researches outputs into new products’ design R&D leading of product decision event: confirmation of final products design with key stakeholders Implement transfer of developed product designs into Technical Stage Gate process – with full TSG compliance and regional legal requirements. Establish, maintain, and facilitate close cooperation with the R&D functions, above all with the Quality functions, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement . Projects’ leadership within multiple functions: setting the agenda, planning, budgeting, facilitating required workstream Contribution to team performance as a product developer and project lead Требования: Higher degree in Foods / Chemistry / Microbiology / Engineering Understanding of product formulation and development, ingredient technology, food safety and quality systems. Functional knowledge of analytical test methodologies and data interpretation Detail-oriented individual with proven ability to independently lead multiple projects and work streams simultaneously, leveraging project management tools Strong working knowledge of experimental design. Proven ability to make significant technical scientific advances utilizing internal and/or external resources. Strong personal leadership skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively in cross-functional and global teams. Demonstrated fundamental understanding of the incorporation of business need into technical programs & maintaining good working relationship with business partners (Marketing, Operations, etc.). Self-starter with superior oral and written communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English & Russian., the ability to work with various personalities and work styles, and proven influence management skills.
