QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in system architecture design and development, preferably in the automotive industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical conceptsFluent in English and Japanese on business level

Preferred:

Strong understanding of ADAS technologies, including sensor fusion, perception, planning, and controlExperience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Enterprise Architect, LemonTree, Git).
