As a Safety Manager for an EPS (Electric Power Steering) development project aimed at domestic OEMs, you will be responsible for the following tasks:Functional safety requirements analysis and safety concept developmentConducting safety analyses (e.g., FMEA, FTA)Alignment and technical negotiation with customers on functional safety mattersManaging functional safety activities for each responsible area within the project (Software, Hardware, Test)Responding to Audit and Assessment activities based on ISO 26262Engaging in global communication, including technical discussions and specification adjustments with our overseas sites.資格必須の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド:
