Job DescriptionRoll-out SD template for customerImplement new business change request based on current solutions.Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects.Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively.Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s.Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps and solutions to these gaps.Perform system configuration, functional test, SIT, UAT support, go-live and post go-live support.Create functional specification and work with technical team for change requests.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.5-10 years of experience working in implementation/rollout full life cycle SAP projects as SD consultant.Strong knowledge and experiences in O2C process.Expertise in Analyzing business requirements and mapping them to SAP solution.Experience in business printing, preparing functional documents, preparing testing scenarios and configuring SAP SD.Good working knowledge in one or more related SAP module is plus, especially FI & MM.Knowledgeable of SAP ABAP, iDocs, LSWM, BAPIs, Enhancement framework.Be able to use English fluently for communicating.Have process knowledge in Automotive industry is a plus.Experience in S4 HANA logistics is a plusSAP Certification is a plus
