Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our SX/EIT-MM software delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams spread across multiple geographical regions.

Responsibilities:

Take active part in the development of Cloud-based/Web-based/Mobile-based Applications and liaise with stakeholders to analyze business problems, clarify requirements, and define the scope of the resolution needed.Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.Plan and schedule project timelines.Define project tasks and resource requirements.Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projectsFacilitate communication with key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetingsDetermine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiativesDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsProvide direction and support to the project team.Establish and maintain standard operating procedure, documentation, and metrics appropriate for the businessConstantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in alignment with productivity and sustainability goals of the organization.Share best practices, success stories and knowledge with peers and stakeholders.Recognize future needs and drive strategies and improvement projects accordingly.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.Proven experience in project management in the IT software industry.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in project management software tools.
