About the role:

This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to join Bosch Digital’s Global Product Team at a defining moment. We are leading the transformation and migration of global digital products, including the launch of a new core business workflow platform - and we’re looking for passionate, driven leaders to help shape the future.

As a Senior Software Project Manager cum Agile Team Coach, you will be at the heart of this transformation, working alongside a talented, cross-functional global team. You’ll drive complex, high-impact projects from concept to delivery, using Agile methodologies and AI-powered solutions to bring innovation to life.

Your main roles & responsibilities:

Lead the Migration of a New Core Workflow PlatformOversee the migration of 250+ applications, ensuring timelines are met and aligned with business prioritiesIntegrate new application requests and change requirements into the migration roadmap with precision and agility.Apply AI-driven planning and automation to streamline delivery and enhance decision-making.Ensure High-Quality, On-Time DeliveryImplement a robust quality management framework to ensure all deliverables meet Bosch’s global standards.Apply technical risk management strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues.Maintain a clear focus on timeline management, balancing migration efforts with new development needs.Stakeholder Engagement & Team CollaborationFacilitate and moderate cross-functional meetings across global teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.Resolve conflicts constructively and foster a harmonious team spirit to drive on-time delivery.Coach teams in Agile practices and continuous improvement.

QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.10+ years of experience in Agile project management or product delivery roles.Strong experience in project managementMigration Planning & Execution: Experience managing large-scale migrations with complex dependencies.Application Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle new and changing requirements alongside migration efforts.AI & Automation Integration: Familiarity with applying AI tools to optimize planning, tracking, and reporting.Risk & Timeline Management: Proven ability to manage technical risks and deliver on schedule.Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using project management tools.Expert in Agile Team Coaching (ATC)Facilitation & Moderation: Expert in leading cross-functional collaboration across global teams.Team Harmony & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in maintaining team morale and resolving challenges swiftly.Agile Mindset: Strong coaching ability to embed Agile principles and foster continuous learning.Proficient in EnglishExcellent communication and leadership skills.Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus
