🧭 Lead the Migration of a New Core Workflow Platform

Oversee the migration of 250+ applications, ensuring timelines are met and aligned with business priorities.Integrate new application requests and change requirements into the migration roadmap with precision and agility.Apply AI-driven planning and automation to streamline delivery and enhance decision-making.

🔐 Ensure High-Quality, On-Time Delivery

Implement a robust quality management framework to ensure all deliverables meet Bosch’s global standards.Apply technical risk management strategies to proactively identify and resolve issues.Maintain a clear focus on timeline management, balancing migration efforts with new development needs.

🔗 Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration

Facilitate and moderate cross-functional meetings across global teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.Resolve conflicts constructively and foster a harmonious team spirit to drive on-time delivery.Coach teams in agile practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

🔹 General Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.10+ years of experience in agile project management or product delivery roles.Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are a plus.
