Job DescriptionHandle inbound customer calls and deliver clear, accurate information regarding installations, maintenance, technical issues, and product detailsProcess service requests received through web portals, fax, EDI, and other channelsCoordinate service appointments by managing schedules, confirming bookings, and handling reschedulingUtilize CRM systems to log, categorize, and track customer issues for analysis and follow-upPrepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on metrics such as call volume, issue types, response and resolution times, and customer feedbackInvestigate and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyaltyWork hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Vietnam time)QualificationsExcellent communication Japanese communication skills, both verbal and written (JLPT N2 or above)0-2 years of experience working in a call center environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applicationsKnowledge about concierge servicesStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to engage with customers and create a positive customer experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlinesAbility to work effectively without supervisionStrong in leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientationAdditional InformationWhy BOSCH?
