Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager to be in** **Seoul** **.** **Purpose:** We are actively searching for an experienced, well-organized, and self-motivated marketer to play a crucial role in realizing our mission for the continuous improvement of surgical outcomes. In collaboration with the sales team, this individual will leverage field insights to expand our market share within Wound Closure & Healing portfolios. Additionally, they will collaborate with other country/cluster marketers to share insights and act as a strategic partner with colleagues in various functions, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and HEMA. As a strategic partner throughout the product lifecycle, this person will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive plan to effectively manage our products. Success in this role requires active engagement with healthcare practitioners, including surgeons and nurses, as well as non-clinical stakeholders. The responsibilities include managing and coordinating critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and more. This individual will ensure the tactical execution of the marketing strategy, including successful event planning and management to showcase products, cultivate relationships, and raise awareness. **You will** **be responsible for** **:** + Develops and implements mid-to-long-term strategies and tactics aligned with Global/APAC franchise for business planning. + Takes ownership of the launch excellence for New Product Introductions, ensuring a seamless introduction to the Korean market with a focus on sales, profit, and quality. + Manages administrative tasks, including engagement with the sales team, sharing outcomes of sales activities, handling product complaints, and more. + Contributes to sales achievements by supporting the sales team in reaching goals through activities such as product listing, demonstrations, selling activities, and customer support trainings. + Builds sustainable relationships with KOLs across key specialties. + Acts as a strategic partner with Regulatory Affairs (RA), Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Government Affairs (GA) to develop country-specific strategies for regulatory approval and evidence generation. + Collaborates closely with Professional Education (Profed), Commercial Education (Commed), and Customer Experience Management (CEM) to ensure high-quality training and product presence internally and externally. + Works with surgeons and nursing staff to execute a plan for an effective launch at designated customer sites. + Manages and provides input for budgets. **Qualifications** **/** **Requirements** **:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. + Minimum of 5 years in Healthcare Commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Business Development, Brand Marketing, and/or Sales Management) with a documented history of success. + (Internal) Minimum 18 months of current position + Proven record of achievement and leadership. + Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance at all times. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Strategic, solution-oriented thinker. + Strong capability to close deals. + Strategic thinking with a big-picture orientation and attention to detail. + Sense of urgency in executing tasks and responsibilities. + Prudent risk-taking approach. + Collaboration and teaming skills. + Capable of traveling up to 50% and accessing surgical facilities. + Fluency in English is preferred. + Experience in project management, with a preference for individuals who have served as project managers is preferred **Legal Entity** MedTech **Job Type** Regular **Application Documents** Free-form resume AND cover letter is required (in Korean or English). **Application Deadline** July 9th(Wed) **Notes** + Preference will be given to individuals subject to national veterans’ benefits and persons with disabilities upon submission of relevant documents as per applicable laws. + Only candidates who pass the resume screening will be notified individually.
