Assist in day-to-day network operations such as configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and migration related-worksSupport major events such as National Day (ND), ND Rally, ND Investiture, etc.Conduct firewall rules reviewsReview of security incident and events and follow up for closure as and when requiredTrack EOSL/EOS for equipment. Project Implementations.
Assist in the planning and implementation of equipment maintenance lifecycle such as upgrades and replacementsPlan, liaise and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projectsContract Management
Review and support ad-hoc PSS man days draw downActively review expiring maintenance contract and ensure no lapse in contracts renewal.
