1. 必须满足的条件
. 学历:大专及以上;
. 语言能力:良好的粤语沟通能力;
.  2年及以上IT项目实施和IT支持经验;
.  网络设备配置和维护技能
.  网络故障排查技能
.  Windows Server, Linux 和 虚拟化平台部署经验
. 熟练掌握Windows, MS-office, Mac OS及日常PC软件
. 具备IT 基础设施的维护技能和管理经验;
. 具备OA设备的维护技能;
. 具有IT 类资产管理经验;
. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
. 较强团队协作意识
 
职责描述：
． 负责所在区域的内部IT支持工作;
． 与其他区域IT同事协同合作;
. 协助集团各职能部门保障业务连续性;
. 管理、维护IT基础设施/设备，保障其正常运行
． 管理、追踪IT类资产（IT类固定资产的申请/采购/验收/登记/发放/回收/报废/更新管理系统数据，设备维保状态跟踪等）;
． 保障计算机设备和办公设备的正常运行;
． 配合人力资源部对新员工进行公司IT安全政策培训;
． 管理IT类资料和文档;
． 检查员工执行集团信息系统安全策略的情况，并纠正违规行为;
． 协助项目团队部署、测试、管理和维护用于项目开发和测试的设备、设施和应用平台;
． IT成本核算和节约   
． 日常IT费用申请及报销;
. 按部门领导的安排远程或出差为其他地区提供IT 支持；
． 完成部门领导交办的其他任务。
