Job Description

IT Helpdesk (65%)

Provide first-line technical support for internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.Respond to service desk tickets and provide timely, clear, and professional assistance to end-users.Assist with account management, including password resets, user access, and system permissions.Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring they are functioning properly.

No-Code / Low-Code Developer (35%)

Develop and deploy business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).Design custom workflows, business logic, and automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and create low-code applications.Integrate Python scripts and APIs to extend the functionality of Power Platform tools.Assist in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and help teams make data-driven decisions.Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth operation and performance.

QualificationsFinal year student major in Information Technology, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).Experience with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or other IT support frameworks.Knowledge of other low-code platforms or automation tools is a plus.Have data analysis skill will be a plus (Python).Eloquent English and Vietnamese.Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other low-code developer skillAbility to design and implement low-code solutions to automate workflows and business processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely resolution to IT issues.Basic knowledge of database management and API integrations.Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise instructions to end-users.Patience & empathy. Curiosity and continuous learning.Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindsetTeam player with excellent collaboration skills.Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon- Fri).Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
