Conducts advanced assessments and impact analyses of the current regulatory environment and utilizes results to inform on commercial decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility. + Shape government policies and decision on pricing, reimbursement, regulatory, intellectual property rights, business practices and healthcare reform issues + Collaborate with the external stakeholders such as government, policy makers, academia, industrial association, and NGO + Advocate company’s vision and contribution as bio-healthcare leaders in Korea. + Facilitates communications and engagement opportunities with industry coalitions and advocacy groups in order to disseminate information on the organization’s policy agenda. + Monitor and analyze the government’s policies, regulations or legislations and identify issues that may impact the company. + Develop and implement the crisis management initiatives for the protection of the company's reputation Experience and Skills: **Required:** + At least 10 years of professional experience in pharma industry, and experience and insight on P&R policy shaping activity and P&R process for patient access preferred. + Demonstrated ability to uphold a high standard of compliance and ethical practices while navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering transparent relationships with government stakeholders + Detailed knowledge and understanding of the policies and politics + Strong analytical skills, combined with critical and creative thinking. + Strong organizational and leadership skills. + Excellent diplomacy and communication abilities. + Ability to work collaboratively, build strong positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders and develop solid networking. **Preferred:** + An advanced degree or equivalent experience in government affairs or policy is an additional asset. **Other:** + Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal)
