Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **We are searching for the best talent for** **Sales Lead** **.** **You will be responsible for** **:** + Supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. + Applies in-depth knowledge of Infectious Diseases & Vaccines products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs. + Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision. + Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies. + Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations. + Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties. + Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events. + Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ + Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. + Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
