Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **[Job summary]** Advises top leadership of ongoing execution of comprehensive market access strategies and performance against key department goals. Contributes to the body of knowledge of the organization's best practices to develop and produce successful go-to-market health economics market access deliverables. Identifies new methods of data-driven and researched insights to leaders and staff members on economic studies. Leads the industry in the design and implementation of health research studies and evaluates value of products based on analysis and customer requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead new drug /new indication P&R project + Manage post-launch price events (PV, price changes due to generics etc.) + Develop P&R strategy and access the feasibility of new pipelines + Analyze global PE model and develop local PE data + Align business strategy as a business partner with cross-functional team + Reimbursement criteria guidance, rejection management **Qualifications** + Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice + Good verbal and written communication skills + Ability to negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers + Fluency in written and spoken English in addition to local language(s) + a Bachelor or higher degree in pharmacy, or equivalent training as a healthcare provider + Previous experience on the pharmaceutical industry and at least 1 projects experience in **pharmaco economic research(PE) is desired** **Legal Entity** Innovative Medicine(Formerly Janssen) **Job Type** Regular **Application Documents** Free-form resume AND cover letter is preferred (in Korean or English). **Application Deadline** Open until the position is filled. **Notes** + Preference will be given to individuals subject to national veterans’ benefits and persons with disabilities upon submission of relevant documents as per applicable laws. + Only candidates who pass the resume screening will be notified individually.
