As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: • Pioneering Mobile Solutions with Latest Technologies: Lead the design and construction of new mobile solutions using the latest technologies, always looking to add business value and meet user requirements. • Continuous Improvement and Agile Development: Strive for continuous improvements by testing the build solution and working under an agile framework. • Technology Trends and Creative Solutions: Discover and implement the latest technologies trends to maximize and build creative solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** *Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position. - Experience and skills to design, develop and test iOS and Android apps independently - Proven track record of developing multiple mobile apps that have already been published to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or mobile apps for internal corporate use - Knowledge of architecture, coding, and testing to develop high quality code - Understanding of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum - Experience designing and developing back-end APIs and DBs called from the front end **Preferred technical and professional experience** *Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position. - Experience in a leadership role in Agile development, Scrum Master experience - Knowledge and experience including up to and including SoR connections - Ability to negotiate and coordinate with customers on scope and measures to address technical issues - Ability to create workable project plans, manage team progress, and manage issues IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
