Treasury Operation: Optimize treasury processes such as bank account management, payment hubs, cash pooling. Coordinate with local teams and Global Treasury team on cash management, liquidity planning, and banking infrastructure. Finance Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of treasury and finance projects (process change, system enhancement or developing new operating model). Manage project timeline, resources, deliverables to align with project’s objectives and stakeholder’s expectation. Technology and Transformation: Drive implementation of finance systems, automation tools, align them with target operating models and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder engagement: Liaise between local team, global teams and external vendors/consultants to ensure the finance transformation processes in alignment with the global transformation strategy. Change management and Communication: Manage change impacts, training, and cross-functional communications to ensure stakeholder buy-in and management support for project implementation. Risk and Compliance: Ensure control, data governance, and regulatory compliance are integrated into system and process design.

1. General requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant professional CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), ACCA  5+ years Financial Services, with Insurance preferred Good in spoken and written English

Treasury operation (cash management, FX, liquidity) Finance transformation and process redesign ERP, Finance and Banking system expertise Project management (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) Financial regulations and compliance knowledge
