[Chubb Life] Manager, Cross Sales Up Sales

CSUS sales through CSUS agents and collectors (40%):

Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and quantity of CSUS production through CSUS agents and collectors. Recruit and build the team of CSUS agents for more CSUS results in the future Collaborate with PC Team Head to set and achieve sales KPI. Conduct sales analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Track sales activities and results to ensure alignment with overall strategy. Create and execute activities that drive CSUS production.

CSUS sales through agency agents (50%): 

Develop and implement strategies to improve CSUS production through existing agents. Collaborate with Sales Heads to set and achieve CSUS KPIs. Conduct sales analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Track sales activities and results to ensure alignment with sales team objectives. Create and execute activities that drives second sales production in Agency.

General Responsibilities:

Work closely with Sales Heads to ensure the seamless execution of strategic targets. Regularly visit sales offices to drive second sales activities and habits. Monitor key performance indicators such as number of existing and new customers, conversion rate by each channel etc. Provide guidance to project leaders on implementing sales improvements. Monitor risk and compliance factors in assigned locations/regions. Undertake special assignments and contribute to various ad-hoc activities. University or Master’s degree. 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, with field force experience preferred. Excellent knowledge of life insurance, sales management, sales analysis, and sales planning. Strong analytical and financial analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making. Effective time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple assignments. Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, especially senior management teams. Teamwork spirit and collaboration skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
