Position Objective:
The position objective of a Manager, Partnership Distribution Contest and Compensation is to effectively lead and manage all aspects of partnership distribution contests and compensation programs. This includes developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to drive revenue growth, promote healthy competition, and motivate partners to achieve business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for partnership distribution contests and compensation programs.
• Design and oversee the distribution contest framework, including setting performance goals, defining eligibility criteria, and establishing reward structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and effectively promote contest campaigns and promotions.

• Liaise with external partners and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive revenue growth through effective contest and compensation management, fostering strong partner relationships and a culture of high performance.
• Prepare and present reports on contest and compensation program performance to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing partnership distribution contests and compensation programs, ideally in a senior management role.
• Sound knowledge of contest design principles, performance metrics, and reward structures.
