Role & Responsibility

Project Management

Process Innovation
    Champion the adoption of automation tools and innovative technologies to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve overall process scalability.
    Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, ML models, and advanced processes for maximizing financial impact, automating decision-making processes, and improving operational efficiency.
    Collaborate with academic institutions, industry partners, and research communities to stay at the forefront of innovation in data science and process optimization.
Advanced Analytics
    Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and GenAI to solve business problems and drive strategic decision-making.
    Identify relevant data sources and variables for analysis, leveraging both structured and unstructured data, to generate key insights for business improvement.
 

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification:
    Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
    5-7 years of related work experience
Skills:    
    Programming and scripting background, such as Python.
    Demonstrated ability to lead projects that challenge the status quo.
    Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with short deadlines.
    Proficiency in Strategic Documentation and Data Storytelling.
