・工場におけるITインフラの導入・運用管理では、グローバルレベルのコンセプトに沿ったソリューションを提案・導入。現場のエンジニアやサプライヤー、技術部門と協力しながら、最適な環境を構築します。

・ITインフラ機器の資産計画、調達、管理も担当。将来を見据えた戦略的なIT投資を推進します。

[Job Description]

・Provide consulting and support in troubleshooting IT system availability issues to ensure the smooth operation of Bosch domestic plants, warehouses, and offices.

・Propose and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with global concepts for plants, and support their installation and operation. Collaborate with plant engineers, suppliers, and technical departments.

・Manage asset planning, procurement, and controlling for all IT infrastructure equipment, promoting strategic IT investment with a forward-looking perspective.

・Comply with Bosch corporate regulations and proactively apply standard processes to ensure compliance and meet security requirements.

・Actively participate in global/regional projects and internal/external audits, contributing to the overall improvement of the organization.

Qualifications

[必須の経験・スキル]

・ITエンジニアリングまたは関連分野での3年以上の実務経験

・ネットワーク、サーバーハードウェア、ソフトウェア、アーキテクチャに関する知識

・Windows、Linux等のオペレーティングシステムの管理スキル

・サイバーセキュリティに関する知識、対策経験

・課題解決能力、複雑なIT問題に対するトラブルシューティング能力

・チームワークを重視し、円滑なコミュニケーションを図れる方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 700点以上）

・日本語：ネイティブレベル

・製造、物流、研究所、または施設管理におけるIT関連業務の経験

・CompTIA A+、Network+などの関連資格

・ISO27001、ISO27002、IEC62443などのグローバル標準規制に関する知識

・Knowledge of networks, server hardware, software, and architectures

・Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues

・Teamwork skills and the ability to communicate smoothly

・Business-level English (TOEIC 700+)
