You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of retirement consulting, accelerating your development in both technical and commercial domains. What the day will look like + Work with corporate clients to develop and prepare actuarial valuations of long-term employee benefit plan for financial reporting + Provide advisory services to corporate clients on retirement plans, employee benefits and total rewards + Collaborating with team members to develop proposals that effectively showcase our core strengths and business value + Assist in coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders, in order to identify new business opportunities Skills and experience that will lead to success [Required] + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) [Preferred] + University degree with major in Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial science + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel + Fluency in both Korean and English + Working experience in retirement pension, actuarial work, consulting, financial markets and/or investment + Strong analytical skills + Progress toward or completion of professional actuarial qualification How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
