About the Team Aon의 Global Benefits 팀은 고객사의 복리후생 제도(Flexible Benefit, 단체상해보험)에 대해 컨설팅부터 실행 및 운영 관리에 이르는 전반적인 서비스를 제공합니다. What the day will look like TBS* 시스템 도입 프로젝트가 계획된 일정과 품질 기준에 따라 성공적으로 완료될 수 있도록, 진행 상황을 지속적으로 점검하고 관련 보고를 수행합니다. 고객사의 요청사항이 정확하게 전달 및 실행될 수 있도록, 해외에 위치한 Aon의 TBS 시스템 운영팀과 고객사 간의 커뮤니케이션을 담당합니다. 고객사와 함께 유연한 복리후생(Flex Benefit) 제도 설계를 논의하고, 설계 및 도입 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 주요 이슈와 고려사항에 대해 상담합니다. 국내 복리후생 시장의 트렌드 및 운영 프랙티스에 대한 인사이트를 제공하여 고객사의 제도 설계를 지원합니다. 단체상해보험 관련 업무(서류 송부, 자료 전달, 갱신 프로세스 안내 등)를 일부 지원합니다. *TBS는 고객사의 Flexible Benefit 운영에 사용되는 Aon의 자체 플랫폼입니다.
