[자격요건]
IT 구매, 자산관리 등 운영기획 업무 경험 3년 이상
End-user computing에 대한 전반적인 이해 및 업무 경험 3년 이상
IT서비스 구조 및 운영체계에 대한 이해
ServiceNow, Jira 등 ITSM 도구 실무 경험
IT자산 및 라이선스 관리 실무 경험
