He/She researches and analyzes historic shipping trends to ensure the customer is asked focused questions. This position responds to customer issues (e.g., billing, shipping, etc.) to clarify, resolve, and address concerns. He/She performs other duties as requested. **Responsibilities:** + Identifying sales opportunities and conduct sales calls to develop the market. + Prospecting potential customers in the assigned territory + Push and pull sales lead with field sales team. + Meeting and exceeding the given sales targets in the assigned territory. + Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns to meet customer satisfaction. + Co-work with operation and supporting department to resolve the escalated issue. + Making contract with customer and monitor compliance. + Suggestion of quotation and solution to customer. + Contract renewal and negotiation. **Qualifications:** + Minimum bachelor in university + Excellent interpersonal & communication skill. + Strong selling, negotiation & problem solving skill. + Self-motivated, result-oriented person with strong accountability + Good knowledge of speaking and writing English and good computer skill + Sales experience +2 years regardless of industry is preferred **Working Hours:** + 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00) **Work Location:** 94-3, Mullae-Ro, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Seoul **社員タイプ:** 常勤 UPSは、差別、ハラスメント、報復のない職場を提供することにコミットしています。
