Job Description
Drive the HSE programs for the company, with the objectives to proactively reduce risks and ensure compliance with regulations and prevent liabilities
Keep risk assessment and environmental analysis updated and in compliance with applicable legislations partnering with consulting experts
Drive the internal auditing process, HSE KPIs management, training, SOPs and instructions
Communicate and report to Company and local governmental agencies, as well as internal partners for any HSE related matters
Support line management in their HSE accountability
20% time allocation to Operation(Factory) site HSE maintenance and program implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in environment, occupational health and safety, engineering, or other related engineering field.
More than 3-5 years of experience in leading the company’s EHS program/enhancement activities with knowledge of relevant regulation (Industrial Safety and Health Act, Chemical management Act, etc.)
Industrial Safety Engineer certificate is plus
Intermediate level of English skill
