: P1 Analyst, Transportation – Case Response (Supply Chain Inventory/Purchasing)

**_What Transportation contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing, and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.
The Case Response Analyst contributes by ensuring timely communication of delivery impacts, supporting resolution of service issues, and maintaining accurate case documentation to uphold service quality and operational efficiency.
**_What is expected of you and others at this level in Operations for functional success_**
+ Experience in distribution/transportation operations.
+ Basic understanding of courier network.
+ Apply basic concepts and technical capabilities to perform structured work assignments.
+ Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with team members and courier partners to resolve delivery issues.
+ Work efficiently in a remote environment and manage shifting priorities.
+ Maintain high personal integrity, ethics, and attention to detail.
+ Develop competence through hands-on experience and training with senior analysts.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on current processes
**_Accountabilities_**
+ Respond to inquiries from Customer Service regarding delivery issues and escalations.
+ Communicate delivery impacts to final mile customers in a timely and professional manner.
+ Collaborate with courier partners to resolve missing deliveries and service failures.
+ Assist Transportation Engineers in communicating delivery impacts and updates.
+ Manage and update the Shipment Override database for customer closures.
+ Work in tandem with team members on case management and resolution.
+ Maintain department KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Provide feedback on process improvements and participate in team discussions.
+ Ensure accurate documentation of case details and resolution steps.
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 1-3 years of experience of Customer Service or Transportation related field, preferred
+ Willingness to train with Senior Analyst of daily tasks
+ Strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook GMBs
+ Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicate effectively in English
+ _Available to work 9:00 am–6 pm EST_
