AIRBUS offer more than 60 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date October 1st  2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:
Airbus is looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team in the development of the new customer portal, aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also contribute to building our new DevOps community, working in a dynamic and international environment.

- Main Tasks:

Contribute to the establishment and growth of the DevOps community within the team

Development of backend components (Python)

Support to the frontend team (React) when required

Participate in the design and implementation of new platform features

Participate in Agile Ceremonies

- Knowledge adquired at the end:

Backend Development (Python, Java)

DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker)

Architecture Concepts: Knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and scalable application design

Collaboration and Agile Methodologies: Experience working in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies

International Work Environment: Collaborating with teams across multiple regions (France, India, Spain), enhancing cross-cultural communication and teamwork

You will be an integral member of DevOps community & the Evolutive Customer Platform Team within the global Digital for Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services team.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Degree in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications or similar.

- English: negotiation level

- Spanish: minimum B1 level.

- General knowledge in programming:

Backend Development (Python, Java)

DevOps Practices (CI/CD, IaC, Containerization, Monitoring and logging)

Web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, React) is valuable.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
