Qualitest seeking a dynamic and strategic QA Manager to oversee and drive quality engineering (QE) initiatives for our transformation projects. This role will require a strong leader with deep insurance industry experience who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage service delivery, and ensure the successful execution of quality programs at scale. You will be responsible for setting the direction for the service delivery, addressing challenges, and driving continuous improvements across key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Service Delivery Leadership: Define, review, and refine service delivery methods to align with organizational objectives, ensuring services are set up and successfully delivered.

Change Management Advocate: Lead transformation initiatives, acting as a change agent to communicate and promote the benefits of transformation to all relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders across various teams to drive transformation efforts for portfolio and hub-specific initiatives.

Collaboration & Oversight: Partner with product QE teams and manage the overall service provider delivery, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with CMFG Life Quality Engineering leadership and program points of contact to address delivery impediments, resolve resource gaps, and align on strategic QE initiatives.

Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead and drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with CMFG Life leadership, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure strategic goals are met.

 

Must-Haves:

 

Insurance Industry Experience: Proven background in the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's standards and regulations.

Transformation & Program Management: Hands-on experience managing large-scale transition or transformation programs (50+ people) that drive business results.

Quality Engineering Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and manage QE program strategies, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
